Charging me for something i did not order

Hello James,

We realize the situation and assure you that the charge wasn't taken without the authorization.
You have been charged EUR104.99 for AVG Secure VPN Multi-device as there was a 60 day trial signed up which had auto renewal enabled.
We have initiated the refund for this charge and an email explaining its status has been sent to *****@iinet.net.au as we received email delivery failed notice when tried to sent it via *****@bigpond.com email address.
