Charging me on Septemer 13

same problem here, cancelled auto renewal, had confirmation e mail. then two weeks later they took a subscription. i,m going to find a landline (as its 0800) and start ringing them up. i,ll change my credit card if i have to . good luck with your problem

I got an email from AVG saying there going to charge me on Septemeber 13, 2019. I deleted AVG from my computer. I did pay for AVG VPN, but it said I had no subscriptions at all on my account. I don't want my debit card to be blocked again if AVG is going to charge me. I want a refund!

Automatic renewal for AVG Secure VPN, which is expiring on 13th Sep 2019 is cancelled and we assure you will not be charged.
