Utilizei o AVG PC TuneUP por 60 dias como teste, agora estou sendo cobrado pela renovação automática, não tenho interesse em continuar com o produto, porém, estou tendo dificuldades em cancelar e pedir o reembolso, uma vez, que dentro do processo de pedido de reembolso solicita a chave do produto ou numero de licenciamento sendo que não me foi informado.
