Do you have the latest version of AVG Internet Security (19.3)? Share the screenshot of the error code and the message states that you've another software causing the issue?

Every time that I set up my PC for a disk check (thorough analysis) and have it set to start on the next start up of windows, I get hit with the above error code. It also states that I have installed some other new software (which I have not), and that it is the cause of the issue. What can be done to fix this?
