I was receiving the message ¨Check your login details and try again¨ when trying to log into my AVG account in the AVG Cleaner app on one of my mobile devices. After several attempts entering the information in uppercase and lowercase I changed my password and now I can no longer log in on any of my mobile devices! I can, however, log in to my account on the web using the exact same credentials.
Please not that this is different to the ¨Invalid username and/password¨ message.

For "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" question, click on "Yes".
Please select operating system as "Android" and fill in other requested details.
Finally, click on "request answer via email" which will submit a ticket to our mobile team.
Please keep checking your emails regularly in order to know the status.
