Choices when renewing

Did anyone here have a choice when they were renewing AVG Internet Security?  I couldn't find any choice anywhere, which I find not simply annoying but a very suspect consumer practice.

And for what it's worth, has anyone noticed that "Contact Us" links go through a whole series of web pages by which you CANNOT contact AVG and only if you persist and read the fine print can you find a link to this forum, which is not a "Contact Us" but a "Contact the Forum"?  Again it's an unethical way of doing things.
