Choosing which problems to "fix"

Please share the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the notification you received from AVG to fix the problems.

When AVG notifies me of "problems to fix," I'd be happy to fix registry problems and remove junk files, but I don't want AVG to make any changes to the programs it lists as slowing down performance.  Is there any way to choose which of the three items to fix?  (I don't mean to pick and choose among specific items in the drop-down lists–just the main categories.)
