Secondly, have you tried uninstalling AVG from your computer & checked if the issue persists?

I have seen several articles that say AVG is the cause of the above error. I have done all the fixes, uninstalled and reinstalled my browser, cleaned registry keys and more, and still my home computer says "managed browser". How do I get rid of this?

Upon checking it, we see that it is the Google console's message. You can be rest assured that this isn't caused by AVG.
As we're uncertain about the settings that you've disabled, please share us the url (link) of the article.
