Chrome doesn't work after Tune Up installation and sveral runs

I'm sorry to hear about that, please open AVG PC Tuneup program > rescue center > undo changes > please restore all the AVG PC Tuneup changes, reboot your computer once and check if your Google chrome is working. Feel Free to contact us again if you need any further assistance.

I have recently installed Tune Up on a HP Spectre 360 laptop running Windows 10.
I have used it to check the system, fix some problems, clean space and optimize. Everything seemed to work well until I went to use Chrome. The browser will open but it does not allow accessing the web nor doing anything with it. I have even tried to uninstall it but then I am asked to "Close all windows, even those in Windows 8", which I cannot find anywhere, so that I cannot even uninstall the program.
Any ideas on how to fix the problem?
