Just installed anti virus and tune up - and now chrome won't work.

Ok, so now I've removed the avg browser but still can't get online with chrome, edge or explorer…which means I'm locked out of the internet. I need support to fix this as soon as possible as I work online. Please get back to me!
I've uninstalled tuneup and requestwed a refund - I took this in error when I was buying antivirus.
Still getting nowhere with chrome?
I still need your help as I still can't use chrome so something from AVG is blocking or conflicting with it. I still have my antivirus and secure browser. Should I uninstall those as well?
