Cisco Anyconnect Version 4.7

I have a customer with 15 users running AVG.
He has installed Cisco Anyconnect Version 4.7 on his windows 10 laptops.
AVG is blocking Anyconnect from launching and working.
I am not going to recommend that he go to all his clients and uninstall AVG, install Anyconnect and while anyconnect is running, re-install AVG.
How do I get AVG to trust, not scan, not block Anyconnect?
Thank you.

Hi Jeff,

We're glad to look into this & help you.
From your description, we're uncertain whether you receive any threat notification from AVG regarding Cisco Anyconnect.
If so, then it possibly seems to be a false positive & you can ask your customer to submit a false positive request via this link.
Meanwhile, if he prefers, he can add Cisco Anyconnect to exception list to skip scanning the app. To do so, ask him to follow the steps in this article.
