Citrix NetScaler Gateway - denied due to no real time antispyware

Would you be so kind to share us the screenshot of the message that you receive for better clarity?
Regarding antispyware, AVG includes real-time security updates, scans for both malware and performance issues, spyware and even catches malicious downloads before they reach your PC.

I have the full AVG Internet Security installed on my machine (and secure VPN), but Citrix NetScaler Gateway will not run on my machine with the messag that: None of the Antispyware on my machine has real time protection enabled?  Does AVG Internet Security have real time antispyware protection? What do I need to do to resolve this issue?

As informed earlier, the AVG Internet Security offers you real time protection, stop viruses, spyware, ransomware & other malware.

Since the "Citrix Gateway" is displaying the message stating that your device has no real time protection, we'd recommend contacting them about further clarification.
