When using AVG Tune Up, the operation of 'clean up browser' fails to work and seems to get stuck. I then get a message that the AVG processes have failed and would I like to send a report, which I have duly done (several times). I have run the AVG internet security scan using my normal (ans separate) AVG Internet security and it advises that there are no problems, yet I still can't clean up the browser when I try to using the AVG Tune up product.
If your browser is the latest version of Chrome, then the issue is very common. AVG will have to update TuneUp to solve it.
