Clean up browser freezing

Hello I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice please… I'm using Avg PC tune up  I click on dashboard for maintenance, and I close browsers before i scan, I scan now,  agv1-click maintenance, now I a list of programs analyzing then Analysis complete your PC can be tuned up ! I click on run maintenance, then I have problems mostly on browser clean up the other in green been deleted then i close browsers as it asked me to with pop up window and it scanning browser clean up the green bar only gos so far and it freezers up stops moving im waiting there and waiting there over 2 hours nothing happends, how can i solve this issue please.
