Could you please confirm whether you have tried to reinstall the TuneUo Utilities program? If not please follow the instructions on the article http://avgclick.me/UninstallAVGAV to uninstall the program and once done please use the link : http://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/TuneUpUtilities/TuneUpUtilities2014_DE_GB_US_ES_MX_FR_BR_PT.exe to download and install the program.

When I use Tune Up Utilities 2014 is always stops around 30 per cent at the point "cleaning up Windows" - what can I do?
