To whom it may concern at AVG. URGENT ACTION requested ASAP, please.
Through no fault of my own my annual AVG renewal situation is proceeding less than smoothly. Please may I have an answer to email sent you today (14/2/17) copy below This clearly confirms that my computer is still in use and requires continuous AVG protection. It is not my fault that one of your operatives raised refund requests, despite my stressing that I did not want such.

I have been advised that AVG intend to refund me on orders 701-6567895 and 701-6578468 on the basis that my computer is no longer to be used. All this is incorrect due to your operative getting the facts completely wrong (on a very poor telephone line).
This computer will still be in operation. Continuous AVG protection is required. Please confirm by return that this will be so.
Other important points:
On both the above orders I have been charged for HMA Pro VPN. If this cannot be justified I would like to be refunded an overpayment of £32.49.
On my bank statements I have been charged the following AVG services,without invoice/s. £19.99 and £49.00 (Safecart). Please advise AVG justification of these charges.
