This isn't the usual behavior from AVG TuneUp program.
Let's reinstall AVG TuneUp and check if you are able to remove the preferred option.
I have sent an email with the steps to uninstall, install and activate the subscription.

In the Maintenance section of AVG Tuneup one of the items that can be cleaned up is "Browsing and download history". Each time I run this it shows "No items" next to "Browsing and download history" although my browsing history (Chrome) shows hundreds of lines, in particular a line for each email I have read. How do I get AVG to check for and remove this?
