Clients website on URL:Blacklist - Cannot get removed

I have requested removal from URL:Blacklist for one of my clients websites multiple times - but no responses & no movement on getting it removed.

The website is not infected, I myself as a developer have scanned it & investigated everything, with also other developers investigating the website with all scans returning clean with up-to-date software.

What would the next steps be?

Any suggestions for this?

If they don’t reply to your removal requests, send them a clear message with your clean scan reports and try contacting their support team to get help faster. This might helpful..

Sadly, I have already submitted all of the scan reports to them via the AVG false positive report tool.

Also this has been reported directly on the App with the “Report false positive button”.

We have rebuilt / renewed the website fully since the false positive was first flagged - so there are no original remaining files or database for the website - its as clean as it can be.

If AVG would respond and tell me the reason for the Blacklist - we could address it.

Still no response from AVG & No update.

Any other suggestions?
