Avg acquired the product www.Bsecure.com points send me back to AVG.

With reference to your Post, looks like we are in need of more information to get a clarity on this issue. The details we received was not enough for us to understand this issue. We could do this definitely better with your cooperation.
May I know if you have reset AVG MyAccount email address and password, if the issue is resolved when AVG protection is disabled, which you AVG program you're using for your computer protection?

Cloudcare, reactivated recently.

Need tor reset username and password so I may request program uninstall.  




Message appeared, and now blocked internet access.



Or if you can send Can please send me instructions on how to remove.

I cant unistall or deactavate Bescure Cloudcare 6.1.8 

Below is the mesage on my browser: ( No Internet)

(cant uninstall due to the need of username and password)
