CloudCare does not remember exclusions

Hi I was able to resolve this by contacting AVG support. It turns out the exclusions are downloaded from the policy section of the portal. I had to add the exclusions there and then assign the device to the policy.

Hi I have an issue that CloudCare does not remember the exclusions for the components file shield and behavior shield. If I reboot the machine it reverts to the default exclusion list.

I have tried re-installing CloudCare but this does not make any difference.
Is there any way to resolve this?
