Ontem foram disparadas duas mensagens em meu celular alertando de compra DRIAVG Technol, uma no valor de R$119,00 outra no valor de R$60,00; compras estas que não fiz. Solicito que estornem tais valores para o cartão, sob pena de ingresso judicial para indenização por danos materiais e morais. Afinal aqui no Brasil é crime apossar-se de dados do cartão alheio e indevidamente subtrair dinheiro. O negócio só é valido se existir a anuência do consumidor, o que no caso concreto não autorizei. Me chamo Zeilton de Sena Pinto, meu e-mail é zeil***@ig.com.br, o final do meu cartão é 2858, bandeira Mastercad. Desde já solicito excluir meu dados desta empresa para jamais ocorrer essa ilicitude. Sou advogado e não perderei essa causa. Por favor.
