Buenas tardes, se me descontó hoy 09/11/2020 de mi cuenta bancaria la suma de $24.978.- correspondiente al servicio de VPN de AVP x el cual me ofrecieron tendría una prueba gratuita por 60 dias desde el día 17 de septiembre y despues de ese periodo me cobrarían $20.990, entiendo que según las polítucas el cobro se puede realizar 15 días antes del periodo de facturación, sin embargo, me cobraron de más y adicionalmente al ingresar a mi cuenta de AVG no aparece en el historial el descuento que me realizaron. Necesito una solución a la brevedad. Gracias
