COLLECTION WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION
Good night. Some time ago I did a free test and in the inscription they asked me the number of one of my credit cards. Without making an official registration and without authorizing it; surprisingly I find in the extract of my credit card a collection of you for $ 94,906. I demand that those monies be reimbursed to my credit card.

I need an immediate response with the return of my money ($ 94,906).

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way, but the auto renewal email notification should have landed in spam or junk folders, if it was not found in inbox.
Our hands are tied in this matter as the refund was requested after the 30 day refund period had passed.
