Respectfully, I have completed those steps already, which is why I have posted here for support. The code-signing cert was whitelisted as of 11/3/2020. But, the pop-up message still interferes with signed installers/programs, unless those are also whitelisted.
Hello Matt.
Thank you for sharing the screenshot.
AVG Behavior shield is scanning the file before it is executed. If you would like to bypass this, I would request you to add the executable file to AVG's exceptions.

We create custom installers with Inno Setup. In order to provide greater verification, we have a code-signing certificate used to sign both the program exe and all installers. AVG interferes with the installer, making the installed program behavior unpredictable. Last year, we determined that whitelisting was the solution and confirmed that the interference was not present for whitelisted installers.
My understanding at the time was that if our signing cert was whitelisted as well, then we would not have to submit every installer individually. But, I was informed that recent signed installers have been flagged by AVG. FWIW, no other A/V products detect or interfere with our program's operation - this is an AVG-specific issue for us.
Can we get the cert whitelisted in such a way that anything signed with it is automatically exempt?
Matt, please let us know whether you've submitted the false-positive form through our AVG website. If yes, Do you received the reply from our AVG team?

Matt, .exe files are scanned by the AVG feature called CyberCapture. To know more about this feature, please refer to this below article,
(https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=AVG-Antivirus-CyberCapture&supportType=home)
Please refer to the above article and submit your installer file accordingly.
Thank you.
Yes, Matt.
Please go through steps in this article (https://bit.ly/3xq9gSK) on how to submit a request to whitelist.
Hello Matt,
Thank you for reaching AVG Community Support.
We will certainly investigate and help you to resolve this.
Could you please share the screenshot of the AVG window which flagged your installers?
Thank you.
I have not, at this time. Would that apply in this case? No malware was detected in any file, so I wouldn't have thought of this as a false-positive case. This is more of, we're trying to promote the exclusion of our installers/program from that additional scan that interferes with their operation.
