Coin change for the pay of suscription - credit card

Good evening, Im a user for your products here in Lima Peru, but now when I want suscribe your offert of AVG internet securiy at one of my PCs, the change of coin by the pay of the suscription appears in NZ$ ??? when my coin is PEN or US$ in change. Please help me in this question me as son as posible, for the inmediatly finish the process of suscription and also im sorry for my por english
