Common problem with AVG i see... Very concerning

Hi Guys,
I have been facing trouble while downloading AVG Internet security unlimited. It gives following error. Error code:(0xE0010601:General error (0x0601) So, it cannot be downloaded. 
Please help me.

Please try installing AVG Ultimate using offline installer file which is available in this website: https://www.avg.com/download.prd-gsl as 32/64 bit.
To determine whether your OS is a 32-bit or 64-bit, please click on this link. http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/827218 .
