Communicating with AVG through E-mail about my products and submissions

Dear AVG,

At the present I am having problems with receiving E-mails on my address (removed)
A repair man is trying to fix it all but in the mean time people who send me mail get their messages returned. They re told my inbox is full and thus blocked, but it isn't full. I have purchased several AVG products (TuneUp, BreachGuard, AntiTrack, Secure VPN) en get E-mails about the billing or about new offers from AVG.  These invoices are always sent to my UPCmail address (removed). The sender's E-mail address (AVG) is a no reply address. Yet i would like to communicate with AVG . Ask them if they can send those their E-mails to another address I have, (alternate email removed)  as long as my UPC mail isn't repaired… The 12move address works. Or if you could just give a normal AVG E-mail address, not a no-reply one. Please.
