Como posso adquirir o AVG PC TurneUp sem que passado 1 ano a renovação seja automática?

I still can not activate AVGTurneUp-Unlimited and have already settled it. I will try to explain better by asking, once again, to help me. I installed the program in question (trial version) that I blocked because I finished the test period. Immediately bought the program and where I purchased it did not provide me with a password because, they said, it was not accurate. They gave the following information: To activate, open the program and log in using your email and your AVG MyAccount password. I uninstalled the test program, but every time I install it, following the instructions mentioned, nothing appears to mention my email or where to put the word pass, always reappearing the test version indicating that it is locked and does not ask for a password, requests that you BUY . And from here I can not pass. HERE I DO NOT GO … What to do? I ran everything that is mentioned in the link | AVG

Já tive instalado o AVG PC TurneUp e pretendia agora voltar a adquirir o citado produto. Contudo, não pretendia que a renovação ao fim de 1 ano fosse automática, mas sim livre dessa obrigação.
A razão do pretendido reside em problemas pessoais.
Será possível adquirir o programa sem que a sua renovação seja automática ?
