If you have enabled the password feature within AVG Antivirus/AVG Internet Security program, then it would request you to enter the password that you set to access the features and during the uninstallation too.
If you aren't sure about the password, then you can run AVG clear tool as mentioned in this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-software-Clear-Remover) to remove the traces of AVG Antivirus/AVG Internet Security.
