How to recover automatic payment AVG TuneUp
Excuse me for asking only in Spanish, it is relative to an automatic charge of 34,99 Euros, after using AVG TuneUP in 30 day free trial mode, I cancel subscription, and I observe information for reimbursement that automatic payment, (dubious business technique), surprise to the check is not available option in Spanish language, if they sell products this language, but do not manage refund this language, curious.
Since I have not found another way to express my incidence, I hope AVG can maintain a business policy worthy of the product related to the security it offers, not creating concern among its potential customers, as it can not make a refund after an automatic payment, subject to the customer's test. Disculpad por hacer consulta solo en español, es relativa a un cargo automático 34,99 Euros, tras usar AVG TuneUP en modo prueba gratuito 30 días, cancelo suscripción, y observo información para reembolso ese pago automático, (dudosa técnica empresarial), sorpresa al comprobar no esta disponible opción en idioma español, si venden productos este idioma, pero no gestionan reembolso este idioma, curioso.
Ya que no he encontrado otra forma expresar mi incidencia, espero AVG, pueda mantener una política empresarial digna al producto relacionado con la seguridad que oferta, no creando inquietud entre sus posibles clientes, al no poder hacer un reembolso tras un pago automático, sujeto a la prueba del cliente.
