This is a follow up msg from the last msg I sent you kindly asking AVG for compensation following the AVG product driver updater which has caused my computer to not work at all I explained to you that I had a computer specialist in and he couldn't get it working so now I'm awaiting his report on this matter.it will cost me now to get it put right I would be very grateful for a settlement on this matter please respond.yourstruly.david holme
