Normally VPN's will block access to major streaming websites. We are not sure how Norton VPN works, however we will escalate this case to our senior team to help you in resolving it.

Hi - when I try to watch content from abroad on my personal laptop, with AVG VPN, the providers (in this case BBC Iplayer and Amazon) see my location as not in UK.  Some websites also appear in German.  Therefore VPN doesn't seem to change my location.

Direct comparison with Norton VPN on my work laptop - this will allow me to watch Iplayer and all amazon content.  Any suggestions, or if not any help with cancelling my VPN subscription please.
