Compatibility with Windows 10

Hello Chris. I request you to completely uninstall both the products and then install a fresh copy of the products in Windows to fix this issue. Thank you.

I have a Dell Inspiron 15R that was originally Win 8 and upgraded to Win 8.1  AVG Internet Security 2015 and AVG PC Tune-up2015 worked fine on it. Since upgrading to Win 10, I get a boot failure every time after installing either of the AVG products. Without them and just using Windows Defender(!) and Malwarebytes Free, there is no problem with boot up. Dell Support and Windows Support are somewhat silent on the subject. Any ideas?
