We do not see any product enrolled into the automatic renewal. You will not be charged by AVG automatically.

I have tried without any success to cancel subscription for two products. I am so frustrated with AVG thst I have removed the products from my computer. I had online chat with customer services and had reassurance my subscription would be cancelled and no automatic payment. Now I receive e-mail informing me they will be automatically renewing the subscription. Why oh why is AVG so belligerent and not listen to customers requests. If asked whether i would recommend it I would answer don't toich with a barge pole. Please can you remove my accoint so I don't get these harrassing emails.
