Hello! I wrote to Facebook´s AVG because I did not receive the fefund pertinent to one of the services they offer. They told me to discuss it with the bank, but the bank ask me for proof of the return or cancellation of the purchase to be able to move forward. According to them, without that proof, the company has not made the refund. So, I asked AVG for the invoice to be able to make the complaint again at the bank. However, no one answered me. Does anyone know any other way to communicate with AVG to manage the return receipt? I've been having this problem for three months.
