After using AVG for over 5 years(probably close to 10)and promoting it to all my Customers, once my subscription ends next April I will be looking at going to another virus protection service.  I called with an issue and after talking to someone who only cared about upselling my a package for 100.00 then went down to 50.00 I am very upset.  Found out by calling a friend and 5 minutes later it was fixed after spending 40 minutes talking to first was tech support and then his supervisor.  They offered  no help only selling me a product that I didn't need.  All I had to do was log into my account and the download was done and the problem fixed.  What a shame that nobody cares about helping customers…
