After buying 3 year subscription to AVG I thought my worries about viruses and malware are over. But few days ago my web browser started to open random adds every 15-20min and I performed AVG update & deep scanning. In results everything was OK (nothing found), but the problem still existed and it was obvious I was infected with something. Finally I downloaded MalwareBytes that found 338 malware!! Not 5 or 10, but 338!! After deleting all the malware my computer was working as expected, without random adds.

So, my question is what is AVG good for if it cannot detect that large number of malware on a single computer? How can someone feel protected with a product like this? In fact, AVG Internet Security acts as a malware itself constantly annoying me (a paying customer!) that my computer performs slowly and that I need to buy additional products to solve that! What the hell??!

How do I get my money back?
