Hello Tanya,
We do understand your concern. Please open your Google Chrome browser and click on settings, at the left hand side, you can see "Extension". Click on the same and enable the AVG extension installed, This will enable the AVG Web TuneUp in your computer.

I can't complete the tune-up task after installing AVG Tune Up because it says a plug in is not installed in my default browser: Google Chrome. It is only 45% tuned up. It says to open browser to allow AVG to resolve this, but when I do this nothing happens, there is no response.
