Compra de produto e cadastrado o e-mail errado e inexistente

Comprei a licença do AVG , para 2 anos validade 27.02.2019. e o email cadastrado na My Account  ficou errado.... xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com ,
e o verdadeiro e correto é xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com  ,... sem o "s

Ficou todo esse tempo sem a necessidade de usar a licença , e agora ao tentar cadastrar  percebi o erro . dai que não me enviaram o Link para baixar a licença . 

com este email novo aparece a validade da licença vencimento 27.02.2019 , mas eu não tenho código de ativação .

como resolver..?

From the translation provided by Alan, we understood that you made a typo in the email address you registered with us. Unfortunately, we can not update your records with correct email address. Alternatively, we can process refund for the AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (2 years subscription) registered under wrong email address, so you can buy it again with using correct email address.

Please respond here with your confirmation to process the refund.

Purchase of product and registered the wrong and non-existent email.
I bought the AVG license, for 2 years valid 27.02.2019. and the email registered in My Account went wrong .... enxxxxx@gmail.com, and the true and correct one is enxxxxx@gmail.com, ... without the "s It was all this time without the need to use the license, and now when trying to register I realized the error. So I have not been sent the Link to download the license. with this new email appears the validity of the license expires 27.02.2019, but I do not have activation code. how to solve..?
