Ficou todo esse tempo sem a necessidade de usar a licença , e agora ao tentar cadastrar percebi o erro . dai que não me enviaram o Link para baixar a licença .
com este email novo aparece a validade da licença vencimento 27.02.2019 , mas eu não tenho código de ativação .
como resolver..?

From the translation provided by Alan, we understood that you made a typo in the email address you registered with us. Unfortunately, we can not update your records with correct email address. Alternatively, we can process refund for the AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (2 years subscription) registered under wrong email address, so you can buy it again with using correct email address.

I bought the AVG license, for 2 years valid 27.02.2019. and the email registered in My Account went wrong .... enxxxxx@gmail.com, and the true and correct one is enxxxxx@gmail.com, ... without the "s It was all this time without the need to use the license, and now when trying to register I realized the error.
