Compra i facturació fallida AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer

El dia 2 vaig intentar comprar i pagar l'import de la compra, però m'han enviat un correu que no acabo d'entendre, ja que he fet tots els passos que m'indicaven i no sé quin problema hi ha.
Em poden dir, si us plau que he de fer?
