Hi all well I didn't think I would hit 65 for another 2 years but in the past two days it seems I have, I have gone around and around and just cant get help so all my new friends I NEED HEP PLEASE. My name is Waz and I'm from down under plus I'm a senior cit, my computer crashed the other week as the video card had had enough, don't I know that feeling anyway no prob put another in and started up and it threw a attack and I had no option but to format and re install easy huh, well yes it is 3.11 was hard anyway it asked me if I wanted to keep my settings and place them in a old windows file so great. Windows back re install all the programs I like to run THEN i have tried to get into my AVG account ut it keeps asking for a email address now this is where it goes pear shape I had left a internet supplier with email facility to Foxtell who doesn't have email so its g mail or outlook Im not sure which one i did and have found every address Ive done but no way ?? so now I cant get into my subscriptions to get activate code, I have my banks detail on which days and which reference numbers that I bought the driver update and the virus subscription and that's it I just don't remember. I had all sorts f problems with the start of the email address as it say three black girls or three black pugs and so on good 8 trys of different combos and the reason was because i put the words black girl, so the email I used as I have 3 black pugs and use that in the name on my email but no it says no account, so im at loss I cant get through to AVG as I want the numbers and to know where my subscriptions noted are, probably not hard for you but its done my head in, by the way Happy New Year too I hope you were all safe.
