I haven't been able to login in ages. There was no other anti-virus software on my computer. I've only used AVG. My laptop is still dead thanks to the AVG software I bought. I want a full refund of that. What I'd really like would be for someone to repair my laptop remotely - fix whatever AVG did to it. Is there any possibility of that? Mylaptop is dead now and I'm very upset.

Sorry to know this. Do you have installed some other anti-virus, anti-spyware or firewall application? It is not recommended to install another security program along with AVG. It is to avoid the conflict issues and program performance.

Hi. Since I downloaded AVG Antivirus (order no. 701-0048966), my computer keeps freezing up. Once I sign in, the screen freezes up and none of the keys do anything. I'm typing this from a friend's laptop, as mine is f*ed since downloading AVG Antivirus. I can't get online, I can't open a Microsoft Word document, can open pictures, can't do anything. All of my work is on my computer. I've never had this problem before. I used to use the free AVG protect software without problems, but the software I purchased from you has now wrecked my laptop. Please advise urgently. Thank you.
