Computer frozen because watchdog is loaded

Windows 10 computer is frozen because it is loaded when you start the process watchdog avg (before Windows starts). As you explain in your web if I change the name of avg * .sys to avg * .old files in the Windows / System32 / Drivers folder using the bootable flash drive fails because it can not find the avgboota.sys file and I can not boot Windows in safe mode .
