Hi Carmen.
Are you unable to start up your Windows computer? Which AVG product is installed on your PC and what is the status of it when you last checked?
Do you receive any error message when you try to turn on your PC?

Good evening my name is Carmen and my computer was just locked up and someone was trying to get into my IP address this is a second time he has occurred AVG is close should I just leave the computer like this don’t turn it off or touch it until maybe tomorrow someone please help
