We apologize for the inconvenience. May I know when exactly computer starts freezing is that when the computer starts up or when you go online or when you start using an application? And also, please let us know if you ran the maintenance scan using the AVG.

Freezes computer actions every few minutes, sometimes my typing is in memory and comes back, sometimes not. When frozen I have no Mouse, no keyboarding, no ctl-alt-delete, nothing. It has frozen twice since typing this message. Often it will freeze and remain Locked up for a full 5 minutes. I often have to force power off. Recent activity, AVG has not fixed it, and I believe it is AVG scanning or something which is causing the problem. What to do???
