Every time I need to use AVG and a window pops up my computer stops responding , the mouse still moves but no response to ANY button on the screen . For example inserting a usb memory stick a window pops up to check for virus , which is ok , but I cannot press any of the options and I have to switch off and start again . Also today I tried to open a web page and a window popped up saying it was supect so blocked access which is good but i could not respond to the options including closing the window . WHAT IS GOING ON ?
