I purchased AVG Ultimate for our family's computers two days ago. I initially downloaded the softtware to our desktop (Windows 10) and it is working fine. Our daughter subsequently installed the software on her laptop (HP Spectre x360, Windows 10) and ran the tune-up tool. When she tried to shut down her laptop, the screen froze. She rebooted and tried again. Same result. She ran the repair installation program and tried to shut down her laptop again. It did shut down, but took a long time to do so. Before I install the AVG software on our other computers, is there a diagnostic tool available to determine what may be causing this on our daughter's laptop?
