Some components of Computer protection are not updated. No result is achieved by clicking on "solve the problem" (I tried several times).

I'm having exactly the same problem. Two computers running Windows 10 Home. Main (desktop) computer finally worked after several attempts and cold boots. My laptop computer however still will not update. The problem occurred shortly after MicroSoft updated the Windows 10 OS very recently.

AVG Not Updating

Jim, thank you for sharing the screenshot.
We confirm that it is an older version of AVG that you are using from the user interface. We'd request to uninstall the current version along with AVG Zen (if it is installed).
Then, refer to steps in this link to download and install latest version of AVG Internet Security. You can use the same license number to activate the newer version.
