Hi, I keep getting this message even though I have restarted my computer several times. Does anyone have a fix please.

I have just reinstalled AVG Ultimate (Which I have a subscription for and includes PC tuneup) on my daughters computer, before I did I ensured I removed both programs from her conputer and reinstalled from the website per the above post. I also removed her device from Zen as you advised it is being discontinued.
PC tuneup on her device says the the subscription has expired, and I can't see anywhere to update my subscription details to get it running again. Can you please advise what needs to be done.

You can install AVG Ultimate from your AVG MyAccount on the other devices.
Login to your AVG MyAccount from the device in which you need to install and download the product from your account.

Yes the message is from Zen, I wasn't aware it was being removed, everything is working outside of Zen. A question though if Zen is discontinued what is the process to install AVG Internet Security on my families other devices?.

That's unfortunate.
Are you getting this error from AVG Zen dashboard?
If yes, we suggest you to ignore the restart message from "Zen Dashboard".
AVG Zen is no longer supported by AVG and this interface will soon be removed from AVG.
This restart prompt is an incorrect status. Open AVG Internet Security installed on your computer and check if it shows as "Fully Protected".
If yes, everything is working fine on your computer.

Sure, Bruce. Open AVG PC TuneUp program interface. Click on "Go To Zen" option on it.
You will get another window opened. Check whether you see "connect" option.
If yes, click on it and select "Log into existing network". Enter your AVG my account credentials to get the subscription activated.
