Computer Restart Required

I followed all the steps in your first posting, however when I went to open AVG Zen it is gone. The only thing I have left is AVG 1-click Maintenance and AVG PC TuneUp now.

On a daily bases, at least once a day, I have a pop-up that requires me to restart my computer. Is this normal and as frequent? I have never had this a much as in the past few weeks. Please advise if I am the only one with this problem is is this new??

Once the removal is done, please open the AVG Zen interface and click on the email address displayed at the top, select "Log out as admin". Again click on the same place and select "Leave this Network". Again click on the same place and click on "connect to an existing network" and enter the AVG My account credentials and finally click on connect.
This will install Protection and Performance and you shouldn't have any trial notices on Zen.
If you get the restart required repeatedly then please do let us know.

Thank you for the information.
We request you uninstall AVG PC TuneUp from the control panel by following the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0 .
Please go to C:\ drive\ Program files folders and if you find any folder name as AVG and AVG Updates, please delete it manually.
Once this is done, please start installing AVG Ultimate by following the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/19OHofR .
Please let us know the status of it.
